If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. 47600 is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party use of your account due to your own negligence.

User Responsibilities and Usage Rules

Minimum Deposit and Limits

All deposits made by users are final and cannot be cancelled once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring their bank or e-wallet information is accurate before making any transactions.

47600 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain amounts, in compliance with applicable financial regulations. This verification process may take between one and three business days.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same account using the original deposit method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed, except in special cases that require specific review by the 47600 team.

Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days depending on your selected payment method and verification requirements. 47600 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limitations

47600 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by users due to platform use, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. In all cases, 47600’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

47600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user’s account at any time for valid reasons, including suspected fraud, violation of terms, or at the user’s request. In cases of suspension due to violations, any remaining balance may be held during an investigation or forfeited depending on the outcome.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content, logos, brand names, designs, and software on the 47600 platform are the exclusive property of 47600 and protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws

47600 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take immediate effect upon posting on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly to stay informed of the latest version.

Continued use of the 47600 platform after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updates, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to that jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
